Tammy Remington, a 2011 Pushcart Prize nominee, has been a featured reader at Bluestockings three times previously.

Remington's fiction examines alienation and connection especially in regards to marginalized people. Her protagonists have every deck stacked against them but, relying on equal measures of denial and courage, they are determined to make their stand.

She will be reading the first chapter of her new novel "Graceless".
