We were looking over the spreadsheet we maintain of the movies watched this year.
(Very helpful for senior citizens with memory leaks and voracious cinema appetites.)
On this last day of the year the total is 160 films — or approx 2.80 films per week.
The films range over 100 years — from 1923 to 2023.
We have visited more than a dozen countries through the eyes of directors from Finland, Iran, Argentina, Spain, Serbia, Sweden, Soviet Union/Russia, Chile, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, India, UK, Belgium, Denmark, Japan, Canada, Egypt, and the United States.
